1. Poultry egg paper tray. 3. Electrical liner. my country's electrical products use foamed plastics as linings, but European developed countries have refused to import such packaging materials, forcing my country's lining packaging to embark on the road of "replacing plastics with paper" as soon as possible. The use of paper mold material as the cushion has the advantages of good plasticity and strong cushioning force, which fully meets the inner packaging requirements of electrical products, its production process is simple and does not pollute the environment, and the product is adaptable and widely used.

4. Septa for fragile products. In the past, the septa of fragile products such as glass, ceramics and poultry eggs were often replaced by paper scraps and grass, which were not standardized and unhygienic, and the anti-vibration effect was also difficult to achieve. The paper tray septum is easy to make, neat and uniform after forming, easy to pack, and has a strong cushioning and shock absorption ability. Because such products have low requirements for raw material technology, production costs are easy to control, and they are suitable for large-scale production and applications.

5. Agricultural appliances. It is mainly used for nutrient bowls for seedlings or other crops, flower and seedling wings, packaging of food, vegetables, fresh meat, and silkworm grid clusters, such as paper mold bowls used in landscaping and garden planting. Its advantage is cultivation The seedlings do not need to be transplanted twice. 6. Food (medicine) packaging. In addition to fast food utensils, many medicines, edible semi-finished products, cooked foods and convenience foods can be packaged in paper molds, such as clean vegetable paper trays, instant noodle bowls, containers for the national catering industry, etc., which are not only clean and hygienic but also convenient to use, and can be recycled and reused It meets the requirements of environmental protection and human health.

7. Medical appliances. The problem with the use of traditional medical appliances is that cross-infection is easily caused by incomplete disinfection.
